Terms and Conditions

The Moments Shop is operated and owned by a sole trade company The Moments Shop by Helen Joe registered at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce with organisation number 831202-4485, Gjutaregatan 7, 216 18, Limhamn Sweden. You can contact us by sending email to hello@themomentsshop.com.

 

Payment

All prices are in SEK and include MOMS (VAT). 

Payment can be made by debit or credit cards linked to Visa or MasterCard. Please note that the delivery recipient’s name and address must match the card/account holder’s name and address. The Moments Shop by Helen Joe does not charge additional fees for card payments. We use the security standard developed by Visa and MasterCard for payments over the Internet. Data is transferred using secure SSL encryption, this means that no unauthorized person can see your card details.

If you are under 18, you must have parental permission to order from The Moments Shop by Helen Joe. Any attempt at fraud will be prosecuted. The Moments Shop by Helen Joe reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

Order confirmation

The Moments Shop sends you an electronic Order Confirmation, which constitutes the acceptance of your offer to purchase. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, delivery address, specification of products ordered and the total price including any shipping costs. The Moments Shop stores a digital copy of all Order Confirmations, but we recommend that you save your Order Confirmation in your files, as it contains important information regarding your purchase. At the same time, the Order Confirmation is expedient to have later, should you have complaints about the purchase.

The final agreement is entered when the Order Confirmation is sent to you from The Moments Shop. The agreement comprises the products listed in the Order Confirmation as well as the shipping costs if applicable. Once you receive the Order Confirmation, you should go over it and immediately contact us at hello@themomentsshop.com  if you believe that it contains faults or discrepancies. What is stated in the Order Confirmation is applicable unless you make objections immediately after receipt of the Order Confirmation since we will in most cases ship the products immediately after sending the Order Confirmation.  

Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your order from The Moments Shop. However, if you are not, as a consumer, you may by law regret within 14 days (“the withdrawal period”) from the day you receive the items. You exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us within the period of cancellation and, at your own expense, returning the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us that you regret your purchase.

Please contact us at hello@themomentsshop.com for further instructions. Please include the Order Number in the email headline, and specify the products you would like to return in the email.

 

Returned items must be unopened, unused and in its original condition due to health and hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are non-saleable.

When returning an item, you should make sure that it is securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package/items until received by us. Keep the receipt from the courier and if applicable the track and trace number. Please be aware that shipping costs will not be covered by The Moments Shop if you return an item.

The Moments Shop will refund the amount of your purchase once the products have been received and processed by us.

We will refund you within 5–10 business days after receiving your undamaged goods.

Defective Products

If you have received a product that has a defect from its manufacturing process, The Moments Shop will replace it with a new one of the same kind at no cost. If that particular product is out of stock, we will give you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund or agree to estimated new shipping date.

Transport Damage

Check the goods for any damage upon arrival. Goods with visible external shipping damage should be claimed from us. Please ask the driver/delivery person to note the damage on the bill of lading, as this is required along with your receipt for any claims of damage. Hidden defects/transport damages after opening the package must be communicated to The Moments Shop no later than three days after delivery.

For any damage from transport, please contact us at hello@themomentsshop.com and include clear pictures of the damaged goods and packaging. Please include the order number and your contact details for swift communication.
