Shipping policy

We are happy to offer free delivery on all domestic (Sweden) orders over 800 SEK.

Standard shipping costs to other destinations are shown on the product pages. An additional shipping fee may be added when orders exceed standard dimensions.

The Moments Shop offers shipping within EU , Standard shipping costs for EU countries are based on the weight of your order and calculated at check out.

Your order will usually be sent within 48 hours and all of the items ship from stock. Orders are delivered by DHL Express or PostNord Sweden. Within Sweden, PostNord Sweden aims to deliver the next working day or the day after. Delivery within EU countries can take up to 7-10 working days, depending on the location and carrier.
